I know we can use ftp to upload files for the site but then it does not allow the programmer to create a database for the site or run queries against the database or use any other features(setup mail accounts for the site.)

i have a normal hosting account where i have couple of other websites so i need a way by which i can give him all the access he needs to use all the features for completely managing a site, without providing him the administrative login info for the hosting account. i do not want to share any info for my other sites and giving him hosting login to use all features means letting the info on other sites as well.

Please let me know if anyone can suggest something.

i’m thinking on changing my hosting provider because the one I have really sucks; the web pages I have there often fail (data base service) and I’d like to be on a reliable one.
Is Godaddy a good hosting ? What about the speed they have ? Does anyone have a bad experience with them ? Is there any other hosting service you could recommend me ?

We saw godaddy’s plans but i dont think that they have a plan in which you take space and you cut it and sell it into pieces.
