What are good reasons for a small company to not use free web mail services like google or yahoo mail.

when i come across software that seems shady, I run it inside sandboxie INSIDE a virtual machine.

how safe is that exactly? are there backdoors in a virtual machines (e.g. for file-transfering between host and VM), or is the VM COMPLETELY isolated from the host OS?

oh yeah, my host OS is windows 7 x64, using vmware player and VM OS is windows 7 x32.

I want a specific website address and I have checked through go daddy.com if it is available and it is for 11.99 a year. They want 110.00 a year to host it. The site will be HTML and with using some ASP scripting which will require windows hosting server. My question is this.. Who else can host this and at a better rate?
